The Payson Roundup / Bystanders can cut death rate from cardiac arrest with CPR

A useful summary reminding us of some compelling statistics as to why its important to begin CPR quickly and hopefully administer a shock from an AED instead of waiting on average 11 minutes for the paramedics to arrive and deliver a shock, by which time its probably too late!
