WOODFORD GREEN: Man thanks life-saving pub regulars (From East London and West Essex Guardian Series)

This is a story of a life saved by regulars in a pub who had no previous first aid training but were able to follow instructions and administer CPR from a book. This kept the victim (who had no previous heart problems) alive long enough for the paramedics to arrive and deliver a life saving defibrillation shock.
