Walter Peaston was dead for five minutes | The Sun |Home Scotland|Scottish News

This is a great story of a retired GP who collapsed with a cardiac arrest in his local gym whilst on a rowing machine and was `dead for 5 minutes` before two bystanders conducted CPR and called for a defibrillator. Luckily the gym had one! and the guy was resuscitated .
So the question you have to ask your gym is..................do they have an AED? and if not, why not!!!!
